July 31 Calibration Meditation Call

This Calibration Meditation call’s theme is Love it or Leave it. What do you most love? Is there enough of it in your life? If not, what can you shift in order to bring more divine love into your life?

The Blue Moon, the second Full Moon in a month, reached it’s zenith in Aquarius at 3:43am PT/ 6:43am ET. Venus is currently retrograde moving from Virgo into Leo today where it will remain until it goes direct Sept 6. Virgo pays a lot of attention to details and the order of things while Leo is expansive, governing affairs of the heart.

So, we are going for overall feeling now. How do you want to feel in your life? And more importantly, how can you align your life to feel that way all the time?

The card for today is the Archangel Michael from Doreen Virtue’s Angel Deck. His message is YOU ARE SAFE which is the perfect place to start our meditation of anchoring in Earth energy and traveling to your place of Divine Love.

The Calibration Meditation call is free and occurs on the full moon. For the next Full Moon on August 29, I will be posting a recording as we are in the desert for six weeks during that time.

Energetic Space Clearing

Energetic Space Clearing is one of the services provided in my healing practice. It is like an energetic healing for your home — ridding the space of negative, lower frequency, energy and bringing forth positive, higher frequency, energy.

Space clearing is also a simple do-it-yourself practice. I’ve written an article for an online magazine that was published this month which describes the history and technique for clearing your own space that can be found here.

July 1 Calibration Meditation Call

The Calibration Meditation call on the Full Moon in Capricorn focused on strengthening the 3rd chakra or solar plexus which is the seat of your personal power. This the place from which you project out into the world. Capricorn is a deeply rooted earth sign. It’s a connector between our dreams and our reality.

We also covered how to stay centered and not getting distracted by others’ negativity and negative self-talk. Negativity and negative self-talk guts you energetically and emotionally. It is important to ask yourself what you are getting out of these types of relationships. By grounding in earth energy through the 3rd chakra, you are better apt to handle emotional tides of outer and inner forces.

The mantra for this meditation is:

I stand in my power.

I release any and all bonds to those in my life that project negativity.

I stand in my power.

I release all bonds to negative self-talk.

I stand in my power now.

The Calibration Meditation call is free and occurs on the full moon. The call’s sister event is a free in-person meditation and healing circle at my office in Seattle the evening of the day in which the Full Moon falls at 5:30pm. The next Full Moon is on Friday, July 31.

Healthy Energetic Boundaries

I posted the photo above on social media. It is a drawing done for a client to illustrate the outer edge of the auric field. And it spurned a conversation, in particular with the exceptional Laura Gates.

My premise is that by strengthening the outer edge of your auric field, the energetic system that lives inside of your physical body (major and minor chakras) feels as though it can relax and therefore run for optimum performance. Your chakras feel safe to stay open rather than close to the onslaught of other people’s energy.

The outer edge of the auric field extends out as a sphere three feet from the physical body. It is made up of seven layers, each correlates to one of the major chakras. The closest layer is connected to the Root or First Chakra located at the base of the spine. The outer most layer is connected to the Crown or 7th Chakra on the top of the head.

The auric field acts as a filtration system. A way to read energetic or electrical information for others or places as you go through your day. All without having other peoples’ energy infiltrate the inner workings of your energetic system within your physical body which can cause blocks, the underlining case of illness.

After our initial conversation, Laura and I thought it would be fun to open it up to a larger group as we both had found that creating boundaries was a theme in our lives and the lives of our clients.
