I am beyond excited to be teaching at Camp Souldust held at Camp Colman on the gorgeous Puget Sound. Rachel Ford, the creator, has put together an amazing group of creative, fun, and grounded guides to facilitate deep shifts in a short period of time.
Camp Souldust
Camp Souldust is where the simplicity of the summer camp meets a world of soulful exploration. You’ll become part of a tribe of vibrant, glorious, curious souls united in an analog, magic-infused experience complete with cabins, camp counselors and s’mores. We’ll make space to help you unearth your soul’s calling right under the forest canopy.
Held at a comfortable, authentic, and rustic summer camp tucked into the woods on the shores of the Puget Sound, we are just an hour from Seattle. This 4 day, 3 night camp combines the abandoned joy of traditional summer camp goodness with exploration of subjects like chakras, spiritual yoga, breathwork, animal totems and so much more.
The theme this year is “Magic in the Woods” and I hope you’ll make it even more magical for me by joining me. If you do, make sure to use CAMPLOVE17SRL discount code during checkout for a discount.
My Workshops
I am teaching workshops directly related to the work I do in the world specifically energetic clearing and wildcrafting.
Reclaim: Energy Clearing from the Inside Out
Leaves, twigs, and sap of numerous plants and trees have been burned since the beginning of humanity to purify the body, home, and sacred space. This practice evolved into the creation of incense made from frankincense, myrrh, and other botanicals traded along the Silk Road for 5000 years.
In this workshop, learn about the history of energetic space clearing, what plants to use depending on the issue at hand, and how you can clear the energy in your home or business. Grounding and protection techniques are covered along with tips on how to energetically welcome guests, clear space at work, and travel tips.
Wildcrafting: Sensing a Plant’s Energy
Wildcrafting is the act of sustainably gathering uncultivated plants from their natural or “wild” environments for food or medicinal practices.
We begin with a walk in the woods to identify medicinal plants and trees native to Camp Colman and most likely to those growing in your home environment. Nature grounds our central nervous system. When we are at one with nature, there is an ease to sensing the flora’s energy and listening to their stories.
The second half of this class will move inside to explore common backyard medicinal plants and to prepare and and herbal infused oil, the precursor to making salve, and an herbal infused drink.
Plant energetics, communication, uses, wildcrafting techniques will be covered.
